Excellent Customer Service

Product was great, but customer service was even better. I rammed into some oyster and broke the mount, hinge and nozzle (the housing around the motor). TPP sent the parts (which arrived next day from Austin) and hooked me up with the nozzle for free based on the pictures. Everything works flawlessly now and I was able to take the kayak back out this weekend.
